  1. Plan on traffic! Especially if you are getting married on a Saturday in the summer, give your wedding party and guests plenty of time to arrive at the ceremony.
  2. Make a Playlist. All of our trolleys are equipped with an AUX cable that will plug directly into your iPod, iPhone or iPad.
  3. Beverages! Alcohol is allowed on the trolleys. Plan on bringing a cooler for your wedding party or guests. Just stick with cans and plastic, no glass other than champagne bottles on the trolley thanks!
  4. Photo Stops. Use the trolley to transport your wedding party to photo stops on your big day. This will reduce the amount of time your guests are waiting for you to take pictures. Let us know where you want to go and will plan the stops into your contract.
  5. People will take their time. When planning as guest pick-up or the pick-up for the groom and his ushers plan on adding in a little extra time for everyone to get settled.
  6. See your transportation! When renting a trolley or limo ask to see the equipment in person so you can ensure you are getting what you want. We are happy to arrange for you to come see the trolleys in person.
